My account is locked.

If your account is locked, it is most likely because you tried to sign in with the incorrect password too many times.

1. Click “Sign In / Join Now” at the top right of any page. You will be taken to the Sign In / Join Now page.
2. Scroll down past the SIGN IN button and click on the “Forgot password” link. Follow the directions to reset your password.

1. Tap the navigation symbol (three horizontal lines) at the top left of any page. A navigation panel will slide open.
2. Locate and tap “Sign In / Join Now.”
3. Tap the “Forgot password” link and follow the directions to reset your password through the email address associated with your account.
